Can you believe that WOLYC is now 25 years old?!  That means for a quarter of a century we have been teaching young people timeless principles from the Bible in an awesome, fun, and safe camping environment. For years kids have been coming to camp and listening to life-changing messages from the bible and making life-changing decisions. Some of the lessons kids have learned and we’ll continue to reinforce are: the importance of obeying your authorities, making wise friendship choices, how to avoid moral failure, and living out what you believe even in the midst of opposition. All this takes place in an action-packed atmosphere…there’s always something to do and never a dull moment.

"I was privileged to share the gospel on Sunday night to the 90+ young people that were with us. After hearing counselor testimonies, singing songs that shared Biblical truth and hearing the truth of the death, burial and resurrection of Jesus Christ from the Scriptures, 26 young people indicated they made a decision to trust in Christ. Then on Wednesday, when Tim Chambers spoke of life dedication, 36 Junior High took a stick and threw it in the fire, indicating a desire to live wholeheartedly for Christ.  Dave Buck (our Asst. Camp Director over Operations) was our Bible Hour speaker this week, and spoke from the book of 2 Peter.  It was a great week learning about living holy and the future that awaits this world."
