PAYMENT: Orders must be prepaid with a cheque or credit card. Orders will ship when payment is received and has been processed at our office. Billing and COD's are not accepted unless previously arranged. Make all cheques payable to: Word of Life Fellowship Canada.
REFUNDS: Will be granted in full on all material returned in resale condition within 30 days of purchase (shipping not included). In addition, all refunded items after 30 days will have a restocking fee of 15%.

- "Standard Shipping" will ship via Canada Post Expedited Parcel.
- "Express Shipping" will ship via Canada Post XPressPost.
- Canada Post Priority Courier is available for extra speed if needed. Please call our office to arrange for this service.
