Why Recharge? (Youth Leaders)

There are many winter camping options across Ontario that will provide your youth group with the focus and excitement that will make your weekend get-away memorable.  Word of Life Youth Camp's weekend winter retreat called 'Recharge' is one such venue.  Since 1985, 'Recharge' has been providing youth groups across south western Ontario with an intensive weekend of ministry and memories.  

Our philosophy is simple: KNOW (1 Peter 1:18), GROW (1 Peter 2:2) and SHOW (1 Peter 2:9):

• We want the teens that come to 'RECHARGE' to KNOW Christ - to have the opportunity to hear the gospel and accept Him as their Saviour.  
• We want teens to GROW in Christ, which is why our theme based topic meetings on Saturday will challenge teens in areas of purity, apologetics and wise media choices.  
• We also want teens to SHOW Christ - to catch a vision for how God wants to use them to share His Son with their sphere of influence.  All of our meetings are centred on expositional Bible teaching that is highly relevant to the attention and needs of adolescents.
